Teenage Mother fights to keep her baby.

An 18 year old teenage mother from Nottingham fights to keep her newborn baby from being taken away by social services and put into care। The mother and child were just recently reunited and now again the social services and judges are trying to part the mother and her baby boy।

Solicitor, Stuart Luke said, ‘The mother had mental issues and he would do anything to keep them both apart’. The social services are already starting to take action for this to proceed. They have applied for the child to go into care and to be kept away from the mother.

The mother is said to have mental issues from being troubled during childhood। She can’t meet nor have any contact her child if there without supervision from the social services.

In London, at the High Court, Mr Justice Munby said, ‘on the face of it social services are in the wrong because, even though they are taking these actions for the good and well-being of the child they have not lawfully got a court order.’
On the other hand, from the Association of Directors of Children’s Services, John Coughlan has said that the procedure is very clear and legal.

The judge from the high court also mentioned that social services must reach up to the mothers need. He also said that the council must help her to plan her future from no later than 8th February.

Police criticised for failing to report brutal attack on teen

Police have failed to take out an investigation on a 15 year old boy found needing medical attention and was found wounded in Malden road. Camden police are carrying out an internal investigation after we questioned why no criminal offence was recorded.
A witness described how the youth was attacked, with a broken glass bottle. It has been suggested the incident was caused by teenage gang wars, some of the gangs were seen with belts clenched in their hands. They were said to be boasting about “scarring up” a rival. The victim and his parents have made no complaint, but no crime report has been filed by officers however the home offices demand it is essential to do so. Police have taken action and are filing a criminal report.

China's Destruction over snowstorm!

CHINA’S DESTRUCTION OVER SNOWSTORM!

China faces the worst ever snow storms in decades; the storms look set to persist for at least another Ten days, a top forecaster warns.

China is under a lot of pressure with its most terrible snowfall in decades, with officers warning of later lack of food as winter crops are damaged. The snowfall has severely hit Central and Southern China which supply most of the country’s groceries.
If the awful weather continues, China could be troubled with financial losses of billions of yuan, and consequently threatening the country’s development this year.

Hundreds and thousands of people are still stranded at stations, with main railways and highways blocked by the snow. The electricians who were trying to clear snow and ice from power lines in dangerous areas, died when the pylon they had climbed collapsed.

The despicable weather has delayed millions of people getting home for the Chinese New Year. The Chinese Prime Minister, Wen Jiabo, made a rare public appearance to apologize to the people affected by the bad weather. China Meteorological Administration’s head, Zheng Guoguang, advised against travel over the Chinese New Year.

William Ellis In Financial Trouble! £500,000 IN the RED

William Ellis is having financial difficulties. They are in debt of half a million pound. Sources suggest William Ellis have forgotten to pay for their new boilers and have used the money on other resources that they put aside for this project. Staff and governors at the school had hoped to keep their inquiry into the source of the debt under wraps, possibly without the need to tell parents. The story was uncovered in the new journal before Christmas and people have claimed they are using their money very wisely. It is understood the problems can be traced back over years rather than months, although the discovery of the difficulty was more recent. Me and my partner in research called up William Ellis and have asked for their side of the story but they said it is not appropriate to share the information.
Thanks for your corporation in listening to my story.
