After many months of campainging in America, Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani has pulled out of the Republican race for the White House। He has decided to do this because of his poor primary results in Florida। On the same day Democrat candidate John Edwards also pulled out of the running for the White House। Saying, “It is
time for me to step aside so that history can blaze its path। The Democratic Party will make history." This is left frontrunners Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama to fight it out for the Democratic nomination. Mr Giuliani claimed that he will support John McCain, and describes him as an ‘American hero’. In addition, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of California will also support Mr McCain. Recently, the Florida primary result where that Mr Giuliani won 15% of the vote, behind Mr McCain with 36% and Mitt Romney with 31%, and just ahead of Mike Huckabee, who won 13%.
